Union ER80S-B2 is extensively used in the power generation and petrochemi- cal industries for the welding of similar high temperature, creep resistant steels. Excellent mechanical properties and compositional control. Primarily used for the welding of components fabricated using 1¼% Cr – ½% Mo creep resistant steels (e.g. Grade 11). Typical applications include piping systems and pressure vessels.
