Stainless steel outer jacket insulated from the inner tube by a teflon sleeve providing excellent di-electric properties
Outer jacket contains a nozzle housing with a thermally conductive insulator to draw the heat out of the nozzle
Standard QTRW56-SW Gas Diffuser to accept threaded 16RS, 16RZ and 16S series contact tips.

Extremely rigid and reliable
Inner tube machined from an brass/copper duplex extrusion providing excellent electrical conductivity & water passages to keep the conductor tube cool in operation
Conductor tube is positively located in the torch body by the use of two (2) stainless steel alignment pins
Back end of conductor tube is made from a solid stainless steel alloy wear wear surface in the area where the tube is drawn and locked into place
