Thermanit MTS 3 PW is a rutile- basic flux cored wire for welding creep re- sistant, 9 – 12% chromium steels in turbine, boiler and pipe construction. The wire is especially designed for T91 / P91. This flux cored wire is devel- oped for welding with conventional power sources on DC + under mixed gas (Ar + 15 – 25% CO ). It is also suitable for positional welding. Each batch individually tested for diffusable hydrogen, H8 maximum, typically =< H5 Meets Mn+Ni =< 1.0% and X-factor =< 15 ppm
