SF-1 is a seamless flux cored wire with a rutile type flux for use with Ar-CO2 shielding gas. The arc is stable with low spatter, excellent bead appearance and an easily removed slag cover. Diffusible hydrogen is as low as that of solid wires. Weldability is excellent in all positions and high efficiency welding can be performed
